I'm Cass, the creator behind this little North Pole adventure and the person who lovingly writes every letter by hand (well... with a little help from you & Santa, of course!).

As an elementary school teacher, I've spent years helping children grow, dream, and believe in themselves. I know how much joy a few thoughtful words can bring, and I wanted to create something that helps families make Christmas even more magical.

Every letter is personalized with details about your child—their interests, accomplishments, favorite activities, and all the little things that make them unique. My goal is to create a keepsake that feels truly special; one your child will treasure long after the holiday season has passed.
